General Terms

• All products are 100% digital and do not include a physical copy.• The link at the bottom will take you to the commission form. Follow the link and fill out your information, the type of commission you want, and a clear description of what exactly you have in mind.• Provide plenty of references to obtain a more streamlined experience.• I will contact you after I approve your request to review the details and discuss pricing and delivery dates.• I create an illustration for you in my art style that you will receive within 2-4 weeks after payment in full resolution via email.• I, Luna, have the right to reject any commission request that I do not feel comfortable doing (decided before payment).

Payment

• Payment is done via Paypal invoice only. Payment will only be accepted after confirming the project.• A commission payment can be done either 100% upfront or in two installments of 50% each. If you do two installments, the artwork will not be delivered until after the second payment has been successfully processed.• Do not send any payment before we discuss all the details of your commission AND I accept your request.• Receipts will be given via email.

Process

• After payment, I will start working on the sketch for your commission and will send it to you when it's done. Sometimes my sketches don’t always look the best, but trust the process.• If not specified by the commissioner beforehand, the artist will decide the file size (at least 2480 × 3508 pixels, 300DPI, in RGB color space). If you wish a specific size and color space, please inform me beforehand.• You will be able to review the sketching process and request modifications to the pose/composition before I move on to adding color.• Once you approve the sketch, I will work on the colors. You will get an update once that step is done but note that only minor changes are allowed at this point.• I am slow with my art and I have a full-time job, so the process might take long. Also, I continue to hone my skills and improve my art. As a result, I may have an inconsistent art style, particularly when drawing people, so please note that it might change over time.• Please do not rush me. If you need it done by a particular time, inform me before the agreement. Additional charges may be added, depending on the time.• Keep in mind, the more detail or characters you want, the longer it may take.

Delivery

The finished commissioned artwork will be delivered digitally via email. Completion time may vary, but expect the delivery within 2-4 weeks after payment has been fully received. You will be notified if these changes are due to external factors such as the artist's health, emergencies, availability, increase in complexity due to additional changes (see section below), or delays in response from the client when revisions are needed.

Revisions and Changes

• The client will have a chance to make any major changes (as long as these stay within the agreed-upon budget) during the sketch phase of the process. After I send the sketch and it has been reviewed & approved by the client, only small details/adjustments can be made. Major composition or structural changes are no longer allowed.• The client will receive an update during the color phase but only small changes/adjustments can be requested.• If the client insists on making major changes later in the process, those will be charged separately accordingly. The artist holds the right to decline the request for major changes if they don't want to do it.

Copyright/
Usage Policy

• I, Luna (the artist), will own the rights to any produced drawing.As the copyright holder, I therefore hold the rights to :
⁃ Post the piece on any of my social media or websites at any time.
⁃ Reproduction rights.
⁃ Make any changes/modifications to the piece after it is delivered for my own personal/commercial use. This includes re-using the pose, composition, and/or color palette. This does not include the character/character design itself that belongs to the client (unless the client commissioned the artist to design the character as well, which is discussed individually per commission).
⁃ Use for self-promotion.• The client is allowed to use the piece for personal use only. This includes printing the artwork for themselves, claiming the character included as their own if they are not copyrighted by another entity/individual, and posting/using the artwork on their social media as long as credit is given and no monetary profit is gained from the image.• I, the artist, reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon and previously negotiated.

Cancellation Policy & Refund

• If, for whatever reason, the client is no longer interested in getting a commission with me, they must inform me before any payments are made.• The client can not request a refund after I have finished or nearly completed their commission.• If, for any reason, I, the artist, see myself unable to start/finish the commission due to unexpected circumstances, I will refund 100% of your payment and the commission will be canceled.• If you are getting a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself and will notify you when I have done so.• If you request a chargeback even when you were not allowed a refund, your commission will be immediately canceled. Chargeback will be declined and I'll see myself obligated to send Paypal our conversations as proof that work has been completed and terms of service have been broken from your side. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me.• If the client breaks any of the terms of service, they will lose all the mentioned rights to the artwork they commissioned and I, the artist, will retain full right to profit from the artwork created as I see fit.

Customer Satisfaction

Making a customer happy with their commission is a top priority, so if the client has a problem regarding the artwork, please notify me as soon as possible so we can find a solution together (as long as the solution doesn't break any of the terms of service).However, claiming dissatisfaction does not warrant a refund as the client has several instances throughout the process to voice any inconveniences or objections that they may have with the artwork to prevent this.
